Green Watch from Shapwick Heath Nature Reserve

GFM's regular magazine show of all things green this month returned to Shapwick Heath Nature Reserve to talk to Reserve Manager Simon Clarke, and Reserve Volunteer Karen Haddy.

Simon chatted about the amazing wildlife to be seen at the reserve in January, including Shapwick's globally famous Starling flocks. He was joined by conservation volunteer Karen Haddy, who talked about volunteering at the reserve.

Green Watch presenter Paul Lund was also joined by Dan Hurring, co-founder of the Sunrise festival, and eco-friendly Amy Lawson, a regular Green Watch contributor.

The Green Watch show is about all things Green. The show focuses on countryside people, places, news and events, and features information on practical conservation and sustainable living. The team are always looking for green news, contributions, and people who'd like to get involved with the show.

If you'd like to get involved with Green Watch, you can contact
studio@glastonburyfm.co.uk, or call the station on 01458 835299.
